• Conveyancing and property files — 15 years from completion, as recommended by the Law Society
• Wills and estate planning documents — indefinitely, or until we are instructed to destroy them
• Enquiries that did not progress to a matter — 2 years
• Marketing consent records — 3 years from last contact

After the relevant retention period, personal data is securely destroyed in accordance with our data destruction policy.

Your Rights
